Yes I know you were referring to invoice. I guess I should've said the % off dollar amount depends on total price of the vehicle as optioned

Wrong information. Don't listen to this guy. All vehicles go on a discount if they're not selling. Hell, Vipers got a 15k slash from msrp when they were sitting.

I bought my 15 SRT in November of 2015 and got 10k off. My SRT msrp'd for 72.5. Brand new jeep, not a demo. All the options minus the rear entertainment/dvd

I'm sure you could get more than 10k off today.

Re: Help with obtaining a good deal on an SRT

So I got the dealer down from $78,500 to $66,000 CAD on an optioned out Redline Pearl 2015 SRT with 4600 "manager driven" KM. I feel like the 4600km should devalue the vehicle more than what I'm being offered.
On the other hand, I loved taking it out for a test drive and came away more impressed with the SRT than I thought I would be. That exhaust note is intoxicating. I want that 6.4.
I was able to obtain a good deal on a 5 year/100000km warrantly and got the interest rate lowered to 1.9% from 3.5% which made me happy.
I put a depost down and I'm trying to obain approval from my wife whilst also having a strong internal debate as the whether I should do this or not.

I don't know about Canada, but I would say that it is a fine deal, could you squeeze another $1K, probably, but if you loved it that much and if you can't find a new '15 for the same price, go for it and enjoy it!

Well I bought it. Thanks everyone for your replies.
I'll pick it up towards the end of the week. As excited as I am, I'm sad to be getting rid of the 2014 Summit V8. It had some minor warranty issues but was by far the nicest vehicle I've ever owned.

Haaa! I know the feeling....just an FYI...no "launch" for the first 500 miles...the electronics actually will not allow it!
