help with winter wheel setup

seasonal advice needed

Need help picking out some winter wheels. I have a 2014 black SRT and want to do 20 x 9 for the winter setup so I can go narrower winter tires than stock. Matte black or gloss black wheels only. Would like to see what people are using for their winter wheels! Im having trouble finding the right sizes and bolt patterns.

Thanks!

Re: help with winter wheel setup

I have 9.5" black gloss WK1 SRT reps (got them at belle tire here in Michigan for ~$100 a rim). I don't think 9" will fit given the brake clearance. These rims have maybe 1/4" clearance between the rim and the front caliper

I have blizzard 255s 20inchs tires - about $250 a tire - so I got the whole package with tire pressure sensors for a little less than $1400 out the door.

Was able to get through 18"s of the white sh!t last winter - and had no issues -

20" Jeep Cherokee SRT 8 Wheels Rims Gloss Black 20x10" 9113 Brand New Set of 4 | eBay

Picked up wheels like these from a different vendor (20x10s) including; black lug nuts, shipping, tax, TPS sensors for $1040. Make sure you go with a +50 offset to clear the brakes.

Went with Pirelli Snow and Ice tires 295/45R20, ordered them from Junior at Tirerack. Can pass along his information if you want, let me know.

Re: help with winter wheel setup

that looks sweet, wondering if I can get away with using my stock rims for my winter setup, not a fan of cleaning spider monkeys. is 295 too wide for a winter tire as far as traction in less than 12" of snow? I know narrow is better but is it significant? I guess im asking the opinions of people with the 20x10 winter tire setups

it would save me from buying new winter and summer wheel sets for a total of 3 sets of rims.

I was also thinking of using stock rims with winters but winter salt will eat them up. I need oem rims to look good when I trade in many years later. So just ordered spider reps with 295 pirellis - I want the wider look all year round.

Are the Wk1 replicas made specially for wk2? I have comp grey with Blizzacks ready to go, but wasn't sure if they will fit?

Yes the offset is the same just the rim width is different.

There are plenty of 20x9 wk1 reps rolling on wk2s

What I thought but I've seen sellers advertising wk1 reps saying won't fit srt so I had hesitation even though I've seen on wk2s srt
