Jeep Dealers/ dealership employees come in

I'm looking for some info that I know I can look up as a sales manager for Honda (on Honda's of course) and I figure Jeep dealerships can do the same...

I was going to ask a local dealership but there are too many reasons for them to either not look it up or bend the truth on the facts..

What I am looking for is a "in transit report" for a specific vehicle (or VERY close to it). This color is on hiatus until February and I need the vehicle week 1-3 of December. My plan had been to order it, but that does not look like it will be possible and I don't want to change colors and really don't want one that has been sitting in a showroom or on a lot. (weird to some I know).

Can someone with the access please do a search to see if there are any of these in transit/ with a ETA of this combo within 500 miles of Louisville, KY:

COLOR: Redline 2 Coat Pearl Exterior Paint
HIGH PERFORMANCE LAGUNA LEATHER SEATS (LLVX)
DUAL-PANE PANORAMIC SUNROOF
SRT HIGH PERFORMANCE AUDIO (AJE)
TRAILER TOW GROUP IV (AHX)

Those are the "must have" items.
I can live with any wheel combo but would prefer "Black Vapor Chrome" Wheels (WF9).
I can live with the remote CD, different tires and I have even seen some ordered with the engine block heater.... that's fine I guess.
I refuse to accept the dual DVD.

I really appreciate the help.
Thank you again

In Australia they can all see this information. Ring around you local dealerships until you get a hungry salesman.

Being close to the end of the month helps.

Knowing exactly what you want makes an easy sale.

I got a cooperative sales person on the third dealer I contacted.

Good luck!

Thanks for the suggestions..
Like mentioned I am a sales manager at a dealership... so I know the capabilities of what your typical salesman will do and is capable of.
Most will not work hard for a unit knowing it is a mini deal. Since I know exactly what I want, and what I want to pay for it.
I am however forced to the constraints of a time frame I have that I have planning for all year (since February is when I have been working towards this purchase by selling 2 abnormal vehicles) and now my time line is being messed with due to the ordering constraints of the color combo I want.

This isn't anyting you can't do yourself on the Jeep website. "Build it", then start checking the search results for the largest radius in your area. I think 200 mile sis the largest you can set, so you'd then need to reset the zip out a bit farther and continue on. All vehicles in transit to a dealer will show at a dealer, they'll just have a little icon on the description saying "in transit". But, the results will be just as accurate as what a dealer is going to get on their system.

Here is an example of the icon from a dealer I usually buy my Dodge's from:

And they actually have one that meets everything you need except the tow package. You can probably have the tow package added after. BTW, that Sepia laguna leather is downright AWFUL with Redline. I really hope you aren't getting that. Whoever green lit this with Redline is color blind, it doesn't match.

No different than the Ferrari combo of cuoio interior and red exterior. The Sepia is no where near as "orange" as those pictures make it look.

It's very different. it's a smaller, sleeker car, not a big blocky SUV sized interior, and most of all, a majority of the interior is cuoio. NOT just the seating surface and a strip on the door panels. In the Ferrari's that offer it, most have the cuoio coloring on everything but some of the dash. A couple have it with black carpet but still a majority cuoio. That to me is the biggest thing that makes this interior ugly in the Jeep. A lot of real estate inside, and it's mostly all black and silver trimmed.

I just chose 11 random coworkers (7 males and 4 females) in my area to look at the interior and give me an honest opinion, none of them are really "car people" nor have any clue it is an option, etc. etc. Just a cold question to them, in which I included that the actual color isn't as orange as the pics make it to be: 9 said it was ugly and didn't go with the vehicle, 1 liked it, 1 didn't have an opinion either way.

Good for them, everyone who has been inside mine thought the interior was incredible. However, I could care less what others think as I'm in love with it. The one person who liked it definitely has good taste!

Thanks, Autotrader seems to work a bit better since you can clarify/ narrow down things that you cant on the website.
However these all list vehicles on the ground (there are 3 in the US on the ground like I want, but they are already ON THE GROUND and are 9-16 hours away).
Preferrring something already on its way in that has not been turned into a demo, been nicked up or wshed yet...

I know, I know its weird and that I really should just order and say PDi only... But time constraints remember.
I did initiate talk with the closest that fits my build that has no front license plate (another "cant have it" thing). 9 hours away... Vehicle is on the ground but just hit 10 days ago... Plastic still on it. Getting confirmation now and will have to figure out best way to bring it back...

But still wanted to see if possible to look at "in transit" report

Bob Allen in Danville, KY has a redline red...cause they called to ask if I was interested. They are the number one ram dealer in the great lakes region and Very aggressive on their SRT Jeep pricing. They sell a ton of them.
