What temperatures? That seems amazing. Gives me hope for a 3.3 or so in winter with my blower

We must have different air here in Oz, my best is 4.5 absolutely stock (before I added the Borla Atak).

Re: **JEEPGARAGE EXCLUSIVE! Launch Control tips & Facts! Raise and lower RPM's

Dam I have lost my "Best" pages on my SRT car info everything thing is gone , does it wipe everything out when you do a soft restart of the Uconnect ie holding the tune and volume buttons in ? , must do everything is blank . Oh well I was going to take a photo my best is 4.4 so far with the GTHaus and stock air box and did the 1/4 mile in 13.1 which I was happy my previous launch before the exhaust was 13.8 1/4 mile

I'm so glad I choose this Jeep!

That's awesome. How do you know urs working and ur increasing the rpm limit before actual launch?

Turning the knob right increase launch RPM and turning the knob left decreases launch rpm by 100 RPM per click. The maximum Launch RPM is 3200 RPM and the minimum is 1100 RPM. For the best launch...... use higher launch RPM's in warm weather or at a sticky drag strip Use lower RPM in cold weather. 2000 RPM is the best avg. launch RPM for most conditions. Good luck!
Thanks Scott, great info.

RIPP Supercharged SRT's can use 2900-3000 for best results -

Please report the results

Just wondering, do you press AND hold the Launch Control button (one press) then turn the dial or do you press the Launch Control Button then press again (two presses) hold and turn dial?

I did a launch at 3000 rpm but didn't keep track which one works as I was too busy watching the tachometer.

This is all fantastic info. Thanks Scott.

I have a key qn: can you increase the time at which it holds LC? I've been left looking a bit silly when it self aborts after holding it longer than it wants. I feel like I need another 3-5 seconds sometimes.

Re: **JEEPGARAGE EXCLUSIVE! Launch Control tips & Facts! Raise and lower RPM's

To keep the string going

4.2 seconds but a killer - 12.8 1/4 mile (pulled like a mule!)
- completely flat
- ~600ft above sea level
- 38 degrees
- fairly new blacktop backroad road after driving 1.5 hours on the freeway (tires were warmed up)
- less than 1/2 tank gas
- Injen, 87mm TB, borla atak
- 2000 RPM launch -

At more than 2000 RPM it seems like it 'loads up in 1st' and didn't shift quick enough...

Have had plenty of 4.4's in just sport mode and full tank - love this beast!

Re: **JEEPGARAGE EXCLUSIVE! Launch Control tips & Facts! Raise and lower RPM's

Just did a run using this. Set rpm's to 2500, 21C/70F ambient temp, 1/3 tank of super premium gas, no spare tyre, skipped lunch, tyres pumped to 34 psi. Engine and tyres warmed up.

0-100 kph (62mph) in 4.4 secs! Only performance mod is the Injen CAI.
