Seriously I would suggest the mud flaps, as it looks like you have a runner
of ice all along the side, that the flaps would keep constrained to right
at the wheel well.
I actually turn on the snow mode on the ice covered rural roads and secondary streets north of Denver, and so far I cannot make the thing
slide or misbehave if below 45 to 40 mph on studded snows.
Granted ice/snow at 0 degrees is pretty similar to concrete in hardness and traction, but even on the loose stuff, I am falling in love with Nokian tyres and the GC Overland. No funny stuff even with using the hemi at
stoplights to get away from the Subarii.
