Question Local official service center says that I can't purchase items from MOPAR ???

Basically I wanted to get the remote start option since SRTs don't come with such features in stock (Dubai). The only option they have is the fob that removes the trunk button. So I found out about this part number )(link below) and thought of purchasing it and deliver it here. I called up the service center and asked them if I can do so and have them only install this item :

Remote Start, Same as Production - 82214097 | Mopar

They told me that this will void warranty unless I buy the part from them directly, which they don't have.

Can anyone tell me if this is normal ? How would purchasing an official part from the official MOPAR website and it installed by my local service center void my warranty ? It's not a third party mod nor is it unofficial.

Is this normal ? If not, where can I report this or enquire further about it ?

Starting point would be Chrysler/Jeep customer service. Whatever decision you ultimately get, get it in writing. Good Luck.
