Maybe a different 22" tire??

About the same price as the Pirelli but maybe they will have more availability. Are they closer to the stock size?

Re: Maybe a different 22" tire??

I have Pirelli and Vred's as well as Lexani's I've been hoarding them and not advertising them LOL.
The Pirelli's have been marked up to a premium by all my sources almost to the point their not even worth concidering last set sold was around 430.00 each plus S+H not a cheap tire by any streach.

Close to stock diameter. Over a 1" difference on sidewall but overall diameter is .3" shorter. At 65mph your speedo would register 64.3

What about using a tuner that allows you to change diameter? Then you can play with other widths and sidewalls a little more. Like 295/30. Comes in at 29 in diameter but you could just change to that with a Diablo.

Hope your doing well sir. Lol you're going to have a monopoly soon! I just got another SRT. Not sure what the plans are if I'm going to do wheels and tires yet or not... At $430.00 plus S+H a tire probably not lol. I might have some 21" made because there seems to be a lot more options in that size. Hmmmmm decisions decisions!

I wonder if that will work. Has anyone had any luck changing the spedo to match a different tire size??

Re: Maybe a different 22" tire??

I refuse to run shit tires. I'll sell my wheels before I put anything other than the Pirellis on there. Vreds are not shit tires, but they are narrow for a 305 and don't look good IMO. The only other option is to import the 305/35r22 Michellin but that would be VERY expensive!

Any chance you could measure those 305s and see how wide they are? Trying to figure out if I can fit a 315/40/21 on all 4 corners. Dont think there would be an issue in the rear

There's a Nankang sp7 that is made in a 295/35r22 with a 108v rating. Almost perfect match to stock size. I see online for 123 a tire plus shipping. Seems to be a decent company and hard to beat that price. Don't have to sacrifice load rating or tread width. Lemme know thoughts.

That sounds great... It would have to go on a 10" wheel... A 10.5" would look like its stretching.

Re: Maybe a different 22" tire??

Cool thanks. Im leaning towards the 295/40/21 just to be safe. The 305 should be just over 12" wide. The 315/40/21 is closer to 12.5"
