Question Mineral Gray or Bright Silver?

Tough choice.

The Mineral Gray looks great in the day, but very dark at night.

The Bright Silver looks a little weak in the Silver area in the day, and in direct sunlight like a faint White (not a bad thing).

WWJGMD? (what would JeepGarage members do)

Re: Mineral Gray or Bright Silver?

I would probably go with a Silver since most are purchasing the Mineral Gray. To be honest, I'd wait and pick up one of the special editions probably white.

Prefer it that way so as not to influence anyone's vote.

I'd like a White too, but at $2,500 extra plus whatever the Stealers will be marking up because of limted availability...I'll pass.

Of the 4 colors, Mineral Gray is the second lowest color produced and sold. I believe less than 550 nationwide.

As for red........lets just say the SRT Track tour as of 2 weeks ago doesn't even have a red one on it.

Re: Mineral Gray or Bright Silver?

Of the 5 dealers I have been to lately, I have seen 3 of the 4 colors.

I have not seen a Red one in person there or driving on the streets.

Mongoose9400 is an unknown quantity at this point
Re: Mineral Gray or Bright Silver?

They are all great color choices IMO, can't go wrong with any. I chose mineral gray and love it.

My reasons, my last Jeep SRT8 was silver so I wanted something new. Silver looks great though IMO

Black is too hot for the desert heat and hard to keep clean. I've done black before on my 05 Jeep GC

The red looks awesome in person. But I don't want to draw anymore attention to my young self in my SRT8 and my fast driving habits lol.

So Mineral Gray Metallic it was for my WK2 SRT8. Great color and low key for me.

Re: Mineral Gray or Bright Silver?

The first WK2 SRT8 that I saw in person, on the dealers lot was Deep Cherry Red and it really looked great! I like all of the colors.
