Yes! and all that refinement that you will not get on the regular SRT they probably will show up in the SRT Hellcat such as black chrome around the windows on the exterior, red chrome beneath the carbon fiber on the inside, like we see in those pictures, power folding mirrors,$80,000.00 SRT.

More and more chatter concerning the......

The hope of some version of the hellcat Engine in a future jeep GC, coupled with the love of the jeep SRT, (and not having a 3 car garage &#128516 are the only things stopping me from getting a Hellcat Charger...

No way they would NOT include this motor in the GC, and all the other SRT(8) models. It's not cost effective to have 2 different motors for their specialty vehicles (viper, withstanding).

The real question is, how much more money are they going to be asking for

If they do end up offering it, hopefully they will be able to better keep up with the demand than is being done with the Challenger Hellcat. Spend some time on the Challenger Hellcat forums and read the "allocation" threads, it is going to be a long wait for some folks.

Honestly don't think they will make a RH drive version for the Overseas market. Tooling would be too expensive for a limited run of jeeps. Can only imagine the price in Oz. Probably up in the 120k bracket at least.

Be bloody nice if they did bring one. I'm patial to the Challenger Hellcat myself. I would love a rear wheel drive with that much grunt. Now that would be entertaining on our roads

Re: More and more chatter concerning the......

I'll keep saying it and hopefully a savvy Chrysler employee will listen to me. Don't make 2 different motors. You are asking to get ****ed in the ass royally. Be patient, let them roll this into the next generation as the ONLY motor and we will get a much more competitive package. Please don't two-tier the SRT Jeep. That would offend the hell out of me and prevent me from ever buying their products again.

Anyone with business/manufacturing experience knows I am right. If you roll all of the development cost into one new model the cost per unit will be a hell of a lot less than putting it into a current gen second tier. You are realistically looking at a $85-90k SRT Jeep which I will never buy, or a next gen $75k-80k SRT Jeep that I would.
