Love the new jeep despite the additional weight the power is still there as well as all the handling. The interior is very well done, very happy Chrysler stepped it up a few notches. Anyway my reviews is pretty much on par with everything else everyone has already read. Below are a few things from minor to absolute hate.

Small buzzing somewhere in the dash when at low RPMs or on a not so well paved road. I expected it to make start making sounds at some point just not before 500 miles.

Push button start: The button sticks, i have to try and pop it back out with my finger so i can start it or stop it again. Thats BS for a vehicle costing this much. Anyway I'm sure i can figure something out and get it to pop back out everything its pushed

Uconnect 730N. What an absolute flaming pile of trash. I should mention that I may be spoiled from having access to a 2008 BMW X5 with its iDrive. My jeep is 5 years newer but its 10 years behind the tech of iDrive of a 5 year old X5. I find that inexcusable with all the tech we see today. The presentation of the system is horrible (appears that it was designed by a group of elementary school students). The screen appears cheap and lacking decent resolution (that may just be a side effect of the poor software). I use an Iphone which you'd think would be one of the top 10 phones uconnect would have in mind when designing a system however keeping the phone connected for music after leaving the vehicle is hit or miss whether using the Bluetooth connectivity or the USB cable provided in the center console. The Nav menu & display is one par with the rest of the vintage software.

In summary this is really a beast of a jeep. i got the power and performance to run rings around the competition. There are some tid bits of gadgetry I do appreciate such as auto dimming head lights, adaptive cruise control, and a few other minor details. For someone who likes their electronics I have to admit the uconnect is a huge disappointment. I had an 05 dodge magnum RT with an earlier uconnect system and this new one isn't much better. Anyway if your a Gadget person like i am the uconnect system may be a sore spot for you aswell.

This is the exact reason I'm waiting to trade my 2011 Overland in for a new 2014 which is less then 6 months away. New navi and dash will solve the lack of electronics and a new 8 speed for even more speed. Either way you will sure to enjoy the beast.
