Re: New Eibach kit for WK2 SRT

Not totally on board that the road magnets are better. I would say different. Road magnets are lower and softer ride. Eibachs are conservative drop and stiff. Depends what you are looking for.

With that being said I'm content with my road magnets.

Re: New Eibach kit for WK2 SRT

Looks good

Mild drop

Good to see them list full specs and not hide proprietary data and make bullshit claims without evidence like another spring that's got a progressive rate yet can't match the sellers claims

Re: New Eibach kit for WK2 SRT

I had the opportunity to test drive a Jeep on RM mids. A Jeep on Eibachs will destroy the RM Jeep on a road course. HOWEVER, the RM look better and ride better. But to say RM are better is subjective. They each have areas they excel in. Comfort and Aesthetics? RM. Performance? Eibach.

I'm in the process of ordering the new rears. Fronts are the same as the previous kit.

Re: New Eibach kit for WK2 SRT

I've got a set of old rears still boxed up that I haven't had a chance to install...debating on whether I want to order the new rears or what.

Different spring than the old Jeep Joe in NY your making a Mistake Just saying'

Jeep is bouncy as hell from the factory and RM stiffen up perfectly in Sport mode for anyone's daily driver. I've personally replaced over 20 sets of Eibachs from unhappy customers this is a real number not no made up number serious bro call me I can tell you what almost evryone complained about.

Like Akon said if you want to track and have a stiff ride yep the Eibachs do that and if you don't care about that then that's not going to be a very comfortable daily driving.

I am coming out with a new spring hopefully by spring they will be done.

I'm trying to get the best of both worlds as I know exactly what the middle of the road is now and feel pretty confident we can achieve that rate, look and comfort that "some" are looking for. The majority have spoken as to the mids being the Go to choice for the Jeep. Even still being a small niche market I feel their is still enough demand for a 3rd spring in the market Posts like ^ this show that LOL.

I can speak for the majority I will always push the Road Magnet as they retain the trucks look and comfort that most are looking for and with almost 800 sets of mids sold and 0 ride quality conversations on the net I think that speaks volumes as being a great not good spring.

I always feel out and do sell Eibachs but make sure I ask what someones goals are and sell based on that since that's what makes sense to sell vs. just saying "this is the spring for everyone" because that spring doesn't exist well not yet anyway
