They rust up after a while and squeak. Just get some WD40 and squirt the springs. You'll see them on both sides of the rear exhaust.

So, this is exactly what's going on. I had to take mine in for a couple of warranty issues and I asked them to look at this as well. They refused to do anything about this and blamed it on the Borla even though it's behind the problem/flaps. Anyhow, I did recreate the chirp by getting under there myself. I did put wd40 on the springs but that didn't take care of it. Any other suggestions?
PS, Jeep service is the absolute worst. I just didn't have time to argue at the time.
