I's seen quite a few failed struts that is also my guess.

You can check your strut for leaking fluid. my co-worker had that happen.

Re: Noisy front suspension

It was happening on mine until I had the RM mids installed, now gone. They said the took the struts out when the springs went in so maybe that fixed it somehow????

No expert here sorry but know it's def gone now.

Maybe the answer is just buy the RM springs from B'Ops???!!! 😂👍

Re: Noisy front suspension

Just got mine back from the dealer and replacing both front struts solved the problem on my Jeep.

Did they do anything to fix your 1-2 slip? I've had updates doen, but it keeps reverting back to 1-2 slips after a week or so...

They did a software update on the tranny but the next morning, it slipped like usual. I called and next time I'm at the dealer, they'll look at it.

Re: Noisy front suspension

I have this same problem and I can replicate it exactly like you - when I drive slowly over a speed bump. I'm going to have to try and replicate it with a technician - although they never hear what you want them to hear and say that there is never anything wrong with the car. I'll ask them to check my struts!

LOLOL

Anyway Like I said I still say struts/shocks.

I've gotten Quite a few loose OEM end link calls too.

It seems the way the bar was designed it really put some force on the links afer updating our link stud material 6 times we had someone last week break another stud on his links.

We ran this new material almost 8mo before another break so we are fixing material again LOL Not sure what is up with the Links on this truck to be honest.

With the noisy front suspension have the end links looked at straight away, I am running RM mids, 22x10 rims and Black Ops end links and the front end starting to clunk could not see anything obvious then after a loud bang no more noise but the end link stud snapped have had two break on me and now have the latest version from Black Ops fitted. Third time lucky.

Re: Noisy front suspension

I had this issue too - it's was a loose bolt on a dampener, front driver's side wheel. the bump was only noticeable at slow speeds, even braking or accelerating from a dead stop. if it's a constant bumping, it would be a swap bar, control arm, etc. but mine was periodic. dealer wanted to put on chassis ears? sounded expensive so I took it to a buddy who runs a shop, they trouble shot it over two days, they could replicate the noise on the lift. It was a very easy fix, and cheap. GL
