A Ford Expedition smacked a deer while the truck was going about 105 mph (and still speeding up) with a push bar. The push bar was wrecked beyond repair and the front of the car was damaged only due to the fact that when the deer hit the car, the push bar bent inwards and crushed the front end. The body shop said that if it wasn't for the push bar, the truck would have more than likely been totaled.
A Dodge Durango smacked a deer driving about 50 mph or so. The deer bent the push bar only a little bit however when the deer got hit, it kind of jumped up and made a nice dent in the hood.
My Jeep Liberty smacked a deer going about 60 mph or so and it did this;
Once I get my Accord all caught up on repairs, I will be buying a push bar for my Escape. I may even find someone to make a push bar for my Accord as well.
