One little annoyance for the SRT

Just have a slight annoyance for the SRT GC. Has anyone noticed the white stitching from the dash reflecting in the windshield while driving? Not a crazy thing but for me I would not of put anything to reflect in the vision of a driver. Just bugs me a touch.

I know I will but just shows you hard to think right down to nitty gritty when designing.

Re: One little annoyance for the SRT

I had a tint shop put a 5 or 6 in. strip across the top of windshield. Around noon the glare on my speedo[mph not speedo's] was so much that i could not make out my speed.

Yes but I think the stitching looks great in white.

I'll trade you even up for my '14 Limited - it has no stitching on the dash; problem solved!

I had the same problem on my 2012 Overland w/black interior that had the white stitching on dash. After about 9 months, I guess I got used to it. But I'm glad my current Summit with black interior has black stitching across the dash which doesn't reflect.

Hopefully, you'll get used to it.

Re: One little annoyance for the SRT

I got use to it pretty quick, and the white stitching does look good. No where near as bad as my wife's Lexus rx350, whole dash illuminates on the windscreen.

Re: One little annoyance for the SRT

I've never noticed this, but the thing really annoys me is the reflection of the passenger side AC silver trim on the side mirror area of the window.

If you wear polarized sunglasses the glare disappears. Don't know why. Try it and guarantee you'll be good to go.
