I called the SRT hotline (855-SRT-TEAM) yesterday. I wasn't with the vehicle at the time, and they didn't provide a solution. The case is still open, I will call back again today/tomorrow and post the outcome.
Initially, they said I would have to take it to the dealer to have them re-flash the system but wanted to try changing the settings before doing so.
