It's a fairly simple install and there are several vendors that sell kits for the GC, providing the right type of bulbs for the different lights throughout the cabin. I replaced all of mine a couple weeks ago and the only ones that are a bit difficult are the two on the tailgate hatch which require you to remove the entire rear panel to get to the bulbs, with the right tools though it's a 15 minute job. Just so you know there are two bulbs in each of the front overhead lights, one is easily replaceable, the other however is soldered in and you would need to remove the panel and have someone solder on a new LED for it to color match the rest of the bulbs.

Thank you so much for the link!! Can you explain more about this LED that needs to be soldered? It's not mentioned in that installation tutorial video. Is this in the center just above your head?
Went to the garage today and they said all bulbs can be replaced except that soldered one, they don't want to play around with it. I guess it's a hectic job anyway. I'd get the kit and do it all myself but I wouldn't like the I consistency of yellow and blue lights in the overhead panel.
Just did my 3rd WK2 over the weekend...16 bulbs (including 4x reverse and 4x vanity). Install takes less than an hour, and now I could do them all in 30 minutes.
Bought all of my bulbs from XenonDepot (vendor on here)...great customer service and product warranty! Contact Danny or Steve and they will take care of you...JeepGarage members get a discount too!
And on the over-heads that cannot be replaced PNP, they are not nearly as "yellow" as all of the other stock bulbs and I do not even notice the difference unless I look straight into the lights. The LED's are so much brighter they "take over" the over head!
Who has replaced the stock lights that stay on under the footwell while driving? 2 under the front footwell driver/passenger and 2 under the driver/passenger seats for the rear passengers. Looking to replace mine. Thanks.
I wouldn't even bother with that one. The led for the footwell gives of plenty of light. I'm like you I was hoping I could change every single bulb, like the ones built into the headliner. When I pulled it and found it was wired I just left it alone.
Just curious about the soldered-in courtesy bulbs... Is it possiblr to cover them with a colored filter to simulate the LED white look? I remember having to replace some bulbs in my WK1 HVAC and the bulbs were covered with a blue silicone thing, kind of like a condom. It gave a blue look to the bulbs...
