Do you have an audio or video file to listen to? Normal is a relative term so we need to hear what loud/noisy means to you.
My 2013 doesn't seem loud or noisy to me at all.

I hear the QL raising my Jeep when slowing down or coming to stop when it lifts the car out of AERO mode. It sounds like air rushing in to fill a balloon. The QL going down to entry/exit mode is a whirring sound typically only heard when standing outside the car.

Quardralift very noise while lowering to park.

Yep that sounds pretty normal to me. It does use a compressor to transfer the nitrogen in the closed system between the 4 corner bladders/shocks and the storage tank. Even after you shut off the engine the system will kick on to self level when parked so you will hear the compressor cycle and circulate through the system.

It's when you don't here the compressor kick in that you should start to worry.
