Road Magnet Mids on! Overall impressions: Car drives 100x smoother than the Eibachs!! Feels bone stock, no noises at all, no rubbing, nothing. How it should have came from the factory!!

Road Magnet Mid Levels

I've found I have to jump up a little when getting in my truck (I'm 5'10"). Trying to be easy on the driver seat bolster.

My wife's X5 has running boards and it has OEM air suspension and I often lower it when I park.

Have been thinking of lowering the SRT just to make it a little smoother to get in & out of. This drop looks good.

OT - what's with your neighbour's windows?

LMAO everybody comments on the neighbors window when I post pictures outside my house. He has shades outside of the windows, that are color matched to his house. Guessing it helps with the UV, and getting the sun blocked when it's beaming on the windows. Mine are tinted so don't need those shades

If you want a mild drop, I can sell you my used Eibachs that I just took off. But in my opinion, go with these Road Magnet Mids, they're a million times nicer ride/comfort wise, and drop the car much more evenly. The Eibachs dropped the car so little it didn't look lowered at all!

Wow. Looks awesome. Still debating on dropping mine with either the Eibachs or the RM mids.

Re: Road Magnet Mid Levels

I'm sold on the RM mids after reading this thread. Had Eibachs on my WK1 and wasn't happy with the way it felt

Go with the RM Mids. I had the Eibachs, and swapped for these, and it is a night/day difference. The eibachs barely dropped the car, and the ride was very rough. You can feel each crack in the road with the Eibachs. These RM Mids feel just like OEM, very comfortable ride! Also drop the car much more, you can actually tell the car is lowered now

Same here, Eibachs FTL on the SRT Jeeps! RM Mids are the way to go on these cars.

Re: Road Magnet Mid Levels

I put the mid level road magnets on and it looks great! My only issue i am having right now is that i have a service adaptive system damper warning on my dashboard when i scroll on the screen to the message center. Also if you have 285 40 22 tires it will rub on your front fender. I am going to put a smaller tire on and will post a pic or 2.
