Anyone have any feedback on these? I have come across reviews on here about the aggressive drops, but nothing really about the mid levels - other than talk of them coming out.
Looking for pics of your beast with the mid levels, too, please.
I'm running the Pirelli Scorpion's Zero 305/35/22 with the Extremes on a custom 10.5 wheel on a 4 corners and have no issue at all.
NOTE: The Offset has to be right in order for the extreme Drop Springs to work. We went 1/2 inside the fender with the face of the Hoop.
I had someone call who's hoop was flush with the fender before the drop. Now after the drop on the extremes he rubbed so the Offset on a custom wheel should be 1/2+ inside the fender min for the extremes to work. Factory reproductions work on the Extremes no problems at all.
Oh This customers situation once he runs the arms and brings out the camber and toe back to OEM on the extremes he would have rubbed big time and will most likely sit right on the fender from what we gathered.
He is changing to the Mids and should have no problem no matter where the offset is.
I started this thread here so these would all be in one spot with pics for people to see. SO if I've sold you your springs or not could you please post pics so we have a reference for everyone to go to.
I know TOM has pics LOL
I also know I've sold 25 mid sets easy I just keep forgetting to direct people here LOL. http://www.jeepgarage.org/f98/your-2012-drop-spring-pic-thread-post-here-68161.html
Thanks Michael:thumbsup: Looks Good!!
Copy and post the pics in my vendor section if you have time cool?
You should be able to get back into factory spec with an alignment and not need our arms for the Mids. Now our arms will stiffen up the rear so they are defiantly not just for adjusting camber and toe.
FYI, I had two buddies in the back last night and had rubbing in the rear after a larger than average dip in the road at moderate speed. I usually don't have anyone in the back so it won't be an issue but some of you may. The aggressive offset of my rears may have contributed as well.
Don't know as iForged didn't specify when they made the wheels for me.
Thanks for the compliment . I think the mid level drop really finishes the look of 22"s and corrects the, IMO, extreme rake our Jeeps come with from the factory.

I'm unsure of what would be rubbing only thing I think of is that it's the carpet on the inside of the fender well honestly it sticks way out on the underside away from the rolled edge.
The Offset of the FR should be O.K. with the mids and extremes this is the first I've heard of someone rubbing. I know he did say larger than average dip and that never helps I mean these are the things we now have to deal with when customizing no such thing as keeping OEM settings and customizing LOL.
I think the Mids should be fine no matter the size of the pothole.
IMO any of these after market lowering springs will ALL rub with people in the back.
i think you need to do shocks and spring to do it 100% , mine rub on bumps as well.
any one know some shocks to upgrade to ?
or coilovers ?

Again this is the first I've heard of any sort of rubbing of the Extremes and a larger than average bump.
The RM mids and 1.8 & 1.8 have no issues that I am aware of to date and their are at least 75 sets out their and this one comment above is the first of another 75 sets of Extremes.
Coil-Overs will be next to impossible to MFG and it's defiantly a project I'm staying far away from after the 2 year fiasco with the last setup. I asked 2 years ago and they have actually said they are not interested in doing them because of the complexity of them with all the electronics.
Their is noting wrong with the OEM struts with aftermarket spring setup in fact it's quite nice.
IMO you will wast 1,000's of dollars doing what the OEM does best and why ruin the comfort of the OEM ride quality. Most who contact me I mean 99% of people want it lower but want to maintain the OEM ride quality that's why they choose RM and not Eibachs.
I am buttoning up all the loose suspension with stiffer bushings and larger arms front and rear fully adjustable to take out all the deflection on the suspension. This should be more than enough for anyone wanting a solid suspension especially in Track mode. I'm not sure we can top the OEM settings on the suspension no matter how long we R&D any setup this is why we choose to get rid of all the soft bushings and just do springs the arms are really noticeable from what the test Truck tells me so when it's all put together it should be quite nice.
Hell mine never rubbed with the stock fronts on the back and 2 adults equalling 400lbs in the back. Must be a camber issue, probably really negative then the weight made it worse
For the record, I have had no issues with my Mid-Level Road Magnets, whatsoever; They have been perfect since the day they went on. With that said, I can only speak to the Mid's with the OEM 20's. I will be able to say more about this subject in a few weeks, when I put the 22x11's on.
