Sepia leather and Jeans?

Just wondering from those of you with the Sepia leather if you have noticed any discoloration in the leather from wearing denim jeans. I know this can be an issue with cream or light colored leather sometimes.

Re: Sepia leather and Jeans?

It happened in mine and I cleaned it with my Dainese leather products.

Nothing since then.

Re: Sepia leather and Jeans?

Thanks for the replies. Looks like 50/50 so far

I really like the Sepia leather. Just don't want to have it stained. My mother got cream leather in her new car a few years ago. The driver seat looks pretty dingy and is like hell to get clean.

Re: Sepia leather and Jeans?

I was going to ask the same question. Any others with sepia leather and jeans? I wear jeans everyday and I was worried about this. Especially with dark blue jeans.

Re: Sepia leather and Jeans?

I haven't had any issues. Any minimal color transfer that has happened has easily been wiped clean with a good leather cleaner/conditioner.

Re: Sepia leather and Jeans?

2 years to the day and no staining from jeans in mine. It did get a little dirty but a normal cleaning/conditioning brought it right to looking new.

Re: Sepia leather and Jeans?

Yesterday, I was told that the McGuire's leather wipes are good quality and will do the job. It sure would be best to clean any spot ASAP, when you have one.

Cheers,
Ollie

I think the sepia is a must have. I have them and would not get the srt without them. When mine get a little dirty I use the weather tech leather cleaner and the seta literally look brand new. I can't say enough good things about the Sepia.

Sepia leather and Jeans?

Mine stains but wiping with a damp rag removes it.

I have notice my door side bolster is getting more shiny with the in/out than my inside bolster.
