Re: Show me your tints.

Agree 50% is almost like having nothing I went from 20 to 50 back to 35... 20 was great but the cops liked it too much, 50 was a waste 35 is a good balance

Show me your tints.

15 or 20 will match the rear tints almost perfectly.

Im running 15% Llumar on the front two windows and visor strip on the windshield.

Re: Show me your tints.

Are you going for the "look" or "function" of the tint. By function i mean keeping the temp down on the interior as well as preventing any sun damage on the interior or your skin. What are you going for?

Re: Show me your tints.

Not sure if its the same glass down here but I have been advised that the rear tinted glass is not a UV protected tint (new KL Trailhawk) so have been advised to fit 5% on the all the rears for UV protection and 25% on the fronts to match the rears (25% is max legal tint down here)

Re: Show me your tints.

50 is pretty light, I had it on my S4. Only reason I went with 50 is because I lived in a state where that was the max. It's not worth the hassle for me to go under what is legally allowed, but if that's your states guideline my recommendation would be to follow it lol. Not worth the hassle or time. Here's 50% on all 4 windows:ImageUploadedByJeepGarage1438918244.256675.jpg
In some instances it can look dark and others you can barely tell it's there. Still better than nothing in my book. 35 is ideal in my opinion.

The short answer is both. Based on what everyone is saying I will probably do 35%. I was just afraid it would make the truck look too "young or radical" for a guy almost 50 when I pull up to meet customers.

35% or Even 20% is tasteful in my opinion. Going darker all around would draw some attention (not saying it doesn't look good)

I think 20% is still tasteful since it just matches the factory rear tint. 35% provides a slight smoke to the windows that looks refined.
You need 35%!!!!

I think you'll be fine with 35.
