Slight wobble on my 16

In the morning when it's cold I notice a slight wobble in the wheel and I can also hear it, very very low sound but it's something you can hear when you know your vehicle. It only has 500 miles on it. It does get better when the tires warm up but i can still hear it. Just not as smooth as I think it should be. This happens most at 73 to 75 mph. Balance issue?

Re: Slight wobble on my 16

If it was a balance issue you'd feel it in that speed range regardless of whether it was cold or warm.

I get a little bit of high frequency rumble in my 16 HA in that speed range. I feel it in the steering and through the seat and floor. Not sure if it's the slight difference in suspension between the HA and my old 14 Overland, the different brand of tires, the different wheels or a combination of any of that. I'm keeping my eye on it at the moment.

I do feel it in that speed range warm or cold. Just a little more when everything is cold stiff.

It's the cylinder shutdown running on 4 cylinders at low rpm ... Causes a slight vibration

Re: Slight wobble on my 16

x2 sounds like the MDS activating. Wheel vibrates and the exhaust note changes

Re: Slight wobble on my 16

Just putting in my 10 cents worth,IF it isn't MDS would it be 'cold flat spot' on the tire, tires?Just remember reading a thread a whiles back about a similar/same problem, and it was discovered the tires had a flat spot when cold but went away once warmed up.Would that be a likely problem?Like I said,I don't know for sure,I just remember reading about it.In any event, hope it does get fixed,on a car with 500 miles, that would bother me too.Havent noticed any issues on our '15 but my wife drives that and hasn't reported anything as of yet.

I actually was going to say it sounds like a flat spot
