SRT stitching annoying

I've said this before on my last SRT GC and I'll say it again, maybe the designers should drive the vehicles they make. But the white dash stitching reflection in the windshield while driving is really annoying. How they haven't seen this in the years of production behooves me. And don't tell me nobody sees it, it's impossible.

I'm in Australia so don't know if you get these in the US. Hides all the reflection and protects the leather dash from the sun as well

I feel better knowing I'm not the only one who notices this and wishes it wasn't there at times..

I was even thinking of dying the stitches.

Polarized glasses seems a lot easier but have also heard of people going over them very carefully with a sharpie and being careful to immediately wipe any that gets on the dash itself. Just make sure it matches the dash color!! Idk - I wouldn't try it. Like someone else suggested polarized sunglasses do the trick for me!

Re: SRT stitching annoying

I remember when I had my 2012 Overland with black interior, it had that light colored stitching and it was annoying seeing it reflect in the windshield. Over time I noticed it less. I guess the brain got used to seeing it.
But I'm glad on my 2014 Summit with black interior the stitching is black so it doesn't reflect at all. I'm surprised the SRT's still have it.

Dash mats are hideous. You have a premium leather dash - leave it out there for you and everyone else to see. Protect it with a tinted windshield and a custom fit dash shade when the truck is parked.

Wow, I have never noticed that my sunglasses did that. I rarely wear them since all my windows are tinted... I'll have to put them on more often LOL.

I guess that's true, but I never notice the dash - only the stitching.
