summer tires on RM mid-level
OK - so been struggling with the right summer tire and not buying run flats
After getting my front suspension completely redone (the blackop end links failed miserably this winter) as this thing is rattling like a bad wagon.. replaced the struts and that wasn't it now all the swaybars and front suspension is getting redone... that is going to cost me... Not sure if the Eibach springs had something to do with it... but they suck too so I'm going to move to the RM mid-levels this spring, and with that take off the winter tires and need to put back on the summers...
Anyways have 20" stock rims - and not looking to upgrade to 22" as I want a little more sidewall and less bounce... but still want a good summer tire
I'm debating on General Grabber UHP (295/45/r20) or the Yokohama Parada Spec-X (same size)
OR what do you all think about offsets - 275/45/r20 upfront and 295/45/r20 in the back... I had offsets in my BMW and was always good
Would like a 305 or a 315 in the back but not sure with the 30 or 35 offset if they will rub with the RM-mids?
Looked at other PS2 or Supersports from michellin but worried about the load rating... I'm not pulling anything with the Jeep, but none of those say SUV either...
Any/all thoughts/comments/opinions will be appreciated...
