swapping 20's for 18's for winter

Like the title says I'm swapping my 20 inch rims for some lerado 18's for the winter and was just curious if my same lug nuts would work.

Factory rims, they should--you could always ask your service folks if not convinced.
Aftermarket, ask that dealer. You can get ones that fit both factory and aftermarket, are single piece, and pretty much any color that you like.

Yes the 18's will fit over the hemi brakes, and yes they are the oem rims. I will give the dealer a call. Some one on here has got to know the answer to this question.

I don't have a Srt. Where did u get that from Scott? Just a limited with 20's and the hemi. So I was buying lerado 18's from a member on here and was curious if I could use the same lug nuts

I see, I'm an idiot. I was using the app and it does not work as well on my galaxy s4 as it did on my droid 3. If there is a mod that can move it that would be great. Sorry for all the confusion.
