Hi Rob

Without getting into the dyno debate,

Every dyno reads different and with different operators.

What you use the dyno for is tuning, and what Jason can see is that his car is now making more power than it came in with this morning. Same dyno same day, and it now makes more,

For interest, he could go back to the other dyno, and now make 290awkw you just never know.

All I can say for sure is that the car now makes more power than it did this morning!

Hope that makes scence!

Marc

Re: Sydney SRT Club

Yep I get that different operators get different results etc etc . I guess by the time I can afford to tune mine Dale and other operators will know a lot more about these cars (I hope lol)

Re: Sydney SRT Club

Damn it Marc, I was looking forward to yet another great dyno debate!!

There's been many a dummy spat at dyno days because of this.

As for washing the roof, there is heaps of room between the tyre and mudguard to step onto the tyre. Dunno about loading your pod though?

Are you ordering from Castle Hill?
I'll continue researching the step options, and I have some ideas up the sleeve so watch this space I suppose. With regards to lowering it I don't want to mess around with that after the experience I had with the Territory, but I really like the stock stance on the SRT, and I do need a bit of ground clearance for some of my weekend activity.

Not exactly sure where I will order from... just waiting on a final quote and trade-in valuation from another dealership (who will remain unnamed at this point). Word is that the management at Castle Hill aren't being too generous on pricing ATM.

Re: Sydney SRT Club

They got Rob out of a super shitty situation with Suttons Waitara and that was great, apart form that, I have no kinds words to say to Castle Hill, and will never step foot on there again.

Re: Sydney SRT Club

Can't say I have any kind words to say about Castle Hill dealer also.
They tried to tell me that smoked headlight reflectors, and melting light sockets could not be exchanged under warranty, because they considered them not to be a safety item.

Re: Sydney SRT Club

I could write a long list of complaints but demanding an extra 4k above agreed sale price on the afternoon before delivery should sum it up. Needless to say, I didn't pay it.
