Re: transam's Jeep GC SRT8 Initial Impressions...

Funny you say that about the seats! I just picked up an '11 Summit Hemi after spending over 1000 miles in various rental Limiteds and enjoying them...The freakin seats are so stiff in the Summit! I am hoping they will wear in as well!
Good luck with the ride!

Thanks,
I've had some great driving moments in the past while listening to his music.

Re: transam's Jeep GC SRT8 Initial Impressions...

Thank you Transam for taking your time and share your first impressions.
This I think is what we all have been waiting for.
A lot of bitching and moaning about the price. But when you describe it like this.....well. I for one, think that this one just might be worth it all in the end.
I'm very excited for you and hope you enjoy it as much as you can!!

P.S: Please keep us posted about your MPG experience

Transam,

Thanks for the impressions and pictures! Your car looks pretty clean in the exhaust video. (I've watched it about 10-15 times).

I have to admit that I'm a little jealous, but glad to see you get your hands on yours. Keep us posted!

Yeah, the truck was not prepped yet by the dealer when I recorded the exhaust clips, but still looked clean. Maybe the rain washed off loose dirt from the day before?
Hope you and others get their's soon. Hang in there.

How does it handle in the rain? Not sure where you are but in MI we are having some high wind/rain storms! Just wondering if its doing ok in bad weather. you have the 3 season or all seas? Can you list your option on here? Maybe take a pic of the sticker with all the cool options on there?
