Re: Uconnect Update Problem

Make sure your vehicle is in run mode and not started. Also give it a minote or two to recognize the usb.

Take to your dealer then and let them update it. Does your usb drive have a light on it when it's being read. If so does it light up when you plug it in?

Re: Uconnect Update Problem

Has your USB stick been formatted to FAT32? The only file that should be on your USB when plugging into the USB hub should be the file, swdl.iso.

Re: Uconnect Update Problem

Try a USB drive of at least 4 GB and no more than 32 GB.

Re: Uconnect Update Problem

It sounds like you're doing everything correctly, so as Tinman suggested, I would take it to your dealership for the update. Keep us posted on what you decide to do!

Re: Uconnect Update Problem

Today I was able to update my SRT. I had to format my usb two consecutive times. That was it.
