Vaccum pipe ID on intake

Hi Guys

I have a fairly new 2015 SRT, It's been almost perfect and I thought the slight jerkiness I had was from the transmission learning. After 500km's I realised it wasn't getting any better and popped the hood to take a look.

I instantly noticed a sucking noise then realised a vaccum pipe on the manifold was off as per picture below. Circled in red.

Does anyone know what this was actually for?
