And just because its not his daily driver doesn't mean he won't get a flat when he is using it.

The tow package came with a spare and run flats.

Let us not forget that jeep installed factory air ride suspension on the WK2 platform. So as far as I am concerned the only real difference between what jeep installed and what this guy has put on his Jeep is
1.the performance on his install should be much better
2.his setup will be adjustable to his liking

I am pretty sure that I remember seeing some WK2 owners complaining that they did not have enough adjustability over their own stock air ride system. So it looks to me that this install completely makes that problem go away. Not just go away but in an ultra bad ass way.

I'm just saying I would highly recommend that this guy post some prices for these brackets and instructions for us to be able to convert our front struts to air ride. I for one would be one of the first customers.

$3K +/- with lifetime warranty was the estimated cost

The rear would be incredibly easy and simple. Firestone f9000 tapered sleeves or 2600lb double bellows and very simple upperand lower cups. The tapered sleeves offer a much better ride and less aggressive spring rates typically needed in the rear. The 2600lb bellows might give better handling though as well as more capacity.

The factory wk2's use a tapered sleeve in the rear but it looks bigger than the f9000.

Factory fronts are kind of weird with a tapered sleeve and a single bellow looking thing above it.

Re: well she's on air.

Normally I don't hold back but for some reason I'm going to here. I'll be civilized. Definitely not my taste. It's doing this on a performance vehicle that kills me. I cry inside. When someone ghetto mods an Escalade or a Denali which are the same price, or more expensive, I don't care. I only care when performance vehicles get performance decreasing mods. That is all.

Are you positive that this will hurt performance? Real question...

I can tell you right now it does not hinder performance. That's old school thinking and today's air suspensions have come a long way. I have a kit on my 806 whp Shelby and it runs great.

It is just not true. It like everything can hurt performance if done incorrectly but done correctly it is ultra reliable and also gives you the ability to set custom spring rates to your own desire. Every single bagged vehicle I have ever done has actually handled much much better than it did from the factory and that is a fact.

Might want to check out the hotrod community. It so happens to be an extremely popular mod. Maybe visit this link

I didn't really think so... The range rover sport SVR probably has air suspension....

I agree, but I just don't like the look especially when its lowered all the way.
It looks like someone stole the suspension and left it sitting on the tires. I like the stock ride height or slightly lower.
