Pulled off a 4.0 yesterday!! So happy!! I had about a negative 2500 ft DA though so that definitely helped. When everybody was posting these 4.0 and 3.9 or 3.7 times I have to admit I didn't think that was possible but now I am a believer!! I'm all stock except catch can & Borla Atak

Installed Borla S Type today. With a rack available to me, it was a pretty easy install. I love the sound. Exactly what I was looking for.

I washed the Z, the 5.9 and the SRT. I also installed the reflective white sticker
in the hitch cover. Wore out. I planned on high pressure washing underneath them
all with liquid cascade in the pressure washer but changed my mind and just rinsed
under them all best I could with the hose. The old 5.9 is ez to wash using a boat brush
on a stick. The other two get the micro fiber by hand.

I have the red 6.4 with the black hemi that came in but the bigger 6.4 from china has
grown on me. I think I'll leave it alone for now.

I was planning on taking the 6.4 and the oem SRT off replacing with the red/black emblem.

My plate is in but I've not had a chance to pick it up yet. That may be one to many srt's on the back but I hate taking the oem off.

A body shop swiped the 5.9 from the rear of the old jeep and I've still not replaced it
which makes it look like a fake 5.9 missing it and I'm afraid of the same removing the oem srt from the srt.

Installed 6000k D3S replacements for the headlights. This is not a hard task in theory but it was actually quite tedious. Even with removing the airbox on drivers side and unbolting pcm on passengers side, it is a small area to be working in...

I went with 6000k against others suggestions to add a little color to the headlights. To me the stocks ( 4650k ) aren't white enough. Some people say going up in K rating will cause less usable light but I think the jump to 6000k is negligible. Color looks great to me and I'll take the truck for a spin tonight to really see the difference.

Just finished a 3 day wash, paint correction polish, and wax detail session in my garage on the SRT. Gosh, it's so much bigger than my Z! That took forever.

I've always used clay to get rid of hard water spots... If that doesn't work, then a mild polish is the next step, but clay normally will pull them off.

As for what I did today - I washed mine as she was dusty dusty after sitting in the garage while I was away snowboarding. I also emptied the catch-can - it was almost FULL! 6k miles since I checked it, and it was literally almost full to the top with straight oil. I'm used to seeing the cloudy/milky output of catch cans, I've never seen it like this. Sure makes me glad that I have it on this 6.4...
