Re: What did you do to your WK2 SRT today?

If you do a search Darkhue, I think the cover actually comes from a Mercedes?

Xpel paint protection on the entire front, rockers, and rear impact area. Also, tinted all the rear lights.

Re: What did you do to your WK2 SRT today?

Took the SRT in for an oil change and I got just about everything flashed & updated:

1. ELSD Module Enhancement Flash
2. Software update for park assist module
3. Software flash for Automatic Temperature Control module -- HVAC
4. Newest transmission software update from TSB# 21-017-14

So far I have only put about 100 miles on the new transmission flash but I can already tell it is worlds better! Downshifts are perfectly smooth - much better than it used to be. I even think the up shifts feel better (I know the TSB mentions them but I thought they were pretty good before). I was mainly unhappy with the downshifts under heavy braking coming to a complete stop. It used to clunk down shifting in that situation constantly and now after the flash it's 100% gone.

Honestly I think everybody that has the 8 speed should get the flash. It's really good. If I get more miles on it and something changes I will update my post

Is your WK2 a 4x2? I see you went with the road mag mids for leveling. Did you change your struts as well? If so, front and rear, what brand?

Thanks!

This is an SRT model no need for that.
