I have backed my challenger onto it three or four times now. When I back into the garge I have to turn the wheel a few times to reposition the car to make room for me jeep. I was leaving a lot of tire marks on my bare concrete. So far not so much as a mark on the tiles, very impressed!

Awesome! I just emailed them asking for color samples! Thanks for the help

I love this. I think I may actually do it at my rental and just take them with me when I move

Good idea. The only thing is you would probably lose the outside border tiles as you need to trim those.

Re: What did you do to your WK2 SRT today?

I got new Brembo cross drilled rotors in today and also had time to have my buddy install them after work. I am very pleased with them and they look much better behind my wide open Vossen wheels. I was curious how long they would keep the gold hue but after just the ride home they were completely silver hue.

Gold is the Zinc coating it's supposed to change colors when broke in

What did you do to your WK2 SRT today?

So you think there is much temp difference or stopping power ? , than the standards or you just went for cosmetic looks ?.
They do look really nice shame the gold doesn't last would look good the gold colour on my Deep Cherry Red car
are they bigger diameter than standard

Re: What did you do to your WK2 SRT today?

Mine arrived from Tireack as well - d@mn they are heavy! But look stellar

Also got the new hawk 5.0 performance pads for the fronts - so we will see how it goes - hope to get installed next week.

I'm @ 15K miles - what is the general thought - how long will these last under 'normal conditions' 30K? - would hopefully last me till the next-gen SRT comes out (fingers crossed)

Re: What did you do to your WK2 SRT today?

Well I had a go at modding my standard exhaust today the cheap way only cost me a $140 at the local muffler shop and the guy was very kind to let me watch and take some photos . Well my impressions are its not at all much louder than the standard exhaust note ,in saying that the gear changes are sooo much better WOW big difference and also in changing down gears seams to hold it a lot longer now and better as well .

Overall I really love the shift changes and downshift too , only problem I have now is every now and then when I boot the accelerator from dead stop ie car not moving to full WOT it has about 1/2 sec delay ?? doesn't do this all the time say about 5 boots like this and it will about 2 boots where it has this delay ?. Also when cruising doing 80klms and then give it full WOT it again has that 1/2 sec delay ? again only out of 2 boots per 5

So when im in sports mode it does not do this 1/2 sec delay only in Auto mode ,I didn't try track maybe later . So do I need a Dyno or will the engine recalibrate itself after a few weeks or the transmission a self learning tranny ? but the shifts are really good so im just hoping the exhaust sensors or engine sensors will pick this up and recalibrate ??

Anyone with thoughts or experiences gone this way and had same problems , any help would be appreciated thanks .. here some pics and vids

Re: What did you do to your WK2 SRT today?

Sounds a bit better for a good price. Will that affect inspection getting it removed?
