Surprisingly the dealership did the install for me, but of course could not do the tuning. That 6psi gained me about 150-160hp. I had the jeep on the dyno with just a decent tune, headers, high flow cats, x pipe, and an 87mm throttle body and was getting 397hp to all four wheels. Now I'm getting 558hp to all four wheels, but am afraid to put the 10lbs pulley on without forging the internals first.

Oh it is!! Check out this link. I shared it on this thread before, but it's been over a month ago. It'll give you an idea of where I'm at with it so far.

0-60 in 3.3 is amazing. Is it livable as a daily driver?

Absolutely. If you're driving normal, you'd never even be able to tell there's a supercharger on it. That said, if you ever get over 3k RPM's... You'll feel like the hand of God is pushing you. You might also notice an extreme drop in fuel economy hahaha.

If you had to do it over again would you have done all those mods first or just went straight to the supercharger? Obviously they enhanced the output, but do you feel they are necessary with the SC?

You know, that's really hard to answer because either way there are pros and cons. The biggest headache I had after installing the supercharger was getting it tuned correctly. I must have spent nearly a month getting it dialed in. Had I not had the headers, I could've just gotten the complete SC kit that comes with a tuner and tune. With the tuner kit you have to get a tuner, custom tune, spark plugs and fuel injectors on your own. Trying to tune the SRT via emailed tunes is pointless and cost me $300 that I'll never recover. Diablo and Innovate sell products that work together, but neither company could explain how to correctly sync the AFG and the tuner, which had me thinking I had made a roughly $11k mistake. Thankfully I found a shop about two hours from here that work specifically on MOPARS... $1500.00 and two weeks later I had the tuning fixed. I think either way you go, tuning will be the biggest headache following the price tag.

I was close to getting just the tuner kit for the cheaper price. But after talking to Skip @ Demon, he steered me right and set me up with the full kit - trinity, AFR wide band, NGK plugs and their own injectors.

Johan is very familiar with tuning via trinity with the innovate AFR so should be a bit easier via email.

Truck should be ready tomorrow so I'll report back on my set up.

I will say this - Procharger forgot to put some hose clamps and o-rings in the kit so the installers had to make a run to get these parts. They said every kit they install from ProCharger is missing some type of small parts.
