Damn. Sorry man. Back in 2010 I bought my first GC SRT8 on a Saturday. Drove it from the dealership and parked it for the weekend (had plans). Monday morning, and my drive to work, couldn't come soon enough. Same scenario, bumper to bumper stop and go traffic. I stopped, looked in my rear view and was literally staring at the top of some ladies head in the car behind me (she was texting). Bam, my brand new, fewer than 100 (maybe only 50, don't remember exactly) miles on the odometer dream car was hit. I lost my mind and when she came up to the window I yelled to her to get back in her car for her safety. Wasn't good. That being said it was in the shop for a couple weeks and once it cane back I fell in love all over again. Just cosmetic man - it'll get fixed and glad to hear nobody was hurt.

Re: What did you do to your WK2 SRT today?

Installed my Taillight Solutions Rear fog light kit,

FYI I would check that connector on the drivers side behind the reflector Mine was full of junk and grit this controls the rear blind spot sensors.
I've seen reports of people getting blind spot not available etc and having to have the dealer replace/clean this.

It's right behind the driver reflector it's pretty easy to get to I opened mine up sprayed electrical contact cleaner then packed it full of dielectric grease! did the same with the fog light kit connectors.

That's horrible man, hope you get it fixed soon
My worst fear so far, I'm really afraid someone is going to scratch my baby. If I did due to my stupidness then I can't complain, but having someone do it because of their stupidness ..

I'm glad you kept your cool bro, at least it's not a major accident you know ?

Re: What did you do to your WK2 SRT today?

Or at least an option... Hell, I know I'd pay $500 or whatever for a 'vapor' package that blacked out all of the chrome. Come on Jeep!

Yes. An OPTION, I'm happy with my chrome accents in the grille. Looks good on the white IMHO. Blacked out looks good as well. The option would be nice.

Do post a picture when you're done with it. I'm starting to have thoughts whether to do it or not.
