LOL I will keep an eye out for you, I will dm you my private number, let me know if you have half an hour, we can have a drink in your hotel, as for the sway bar links, no noticeable difference yet except ease of mind, I now know this part in my suspension is as strong as ever, insane difference between old and new

Re: What did you do to your WK2 SRT today?

Changed the oil for the 1st time. Filter stuck, bought a strap wrench with no luck. Then bought a short socket type that a 3/8th inch ratchet fits....harbor frt...

That took took it right off. The original filters seal stayed on the oil cooler. Pulled right off by hand.

I used the SRT filter, Genuine Mopar 5038041AA Oil Filter. I bought through amazon from Century Dodge.

I used the Pennzoil 550032776-6PK Ultra 0W-40 Full Synthetic Motor Oil - 1 Quart, (Pack of 6)
Bought through amazon from amazon. Had to get two 6 packs.

Re: What did you do to your WK2 SRT today?

Glad you got it off - I had to take mine to the dealer for the first change because the filter wouldn't budge and the wrenches I had wouldn't fit. It was weird, filter was unmarked, had no part number on it but did have a Mopar M. Dealership was even weirded out by it because the wrenches they had for SRT filters didn't fit either.

In any case, standard filter was put on then and I've changed my own since with no issues

Re: What did you do to your WK2 SRT today?

My original was a black mopar the same size as the srt one i put on. I used the larges of the harbor frt end cap oil filter wrench to take it off. Comes with several sizes in the pack.

Re: What did you do to your WK2 SRT today?

Yea, I have one that fits the 4884899AB/AA filters. That didn't fit the one that came from the factory on mine though - it was strange to say the least

Re: What did you do to your WK2 SRT today?

Had the GTHaus system fitted, I have only heard it in closed mode so far, and it is LOUD. Got a lot of looks drivin down the road, and downshifting as I pulled into a service station.

Re: What did you do to your WK2 SRT today?

Borla Atak installed today - I like it - not obnoixous - but a great rumble and WOT is nice... I know not the best or loudest - but works for me - and a lot of extra metal gone as well

Better pics once I wash and get the summer tires on next week
