Question What's the best car cover for hot and sandy environments ?

I will be leaving my car under the sun for very long times in the coming month, the weather is sandy and hot (around 45*C / 113*F). What cover (type and material) do you recommend I should use ?

I'd be worried about sand getting under any cover. Sorry I can't offer any advice.

Some kind of tent might be better than a car cover. Car covers can wind up doing more damage than they prevent. I wouldn't want anything touching the paint.

Wouldn't the sun damage the paint even more though ?

I don't understand how the sun would damage paint if it was in a tent. It would be like a garage.

I don't know if the OP was clear, but I meant I will be leaving the car under the sun directly.
*edit* I just saw that you suggested a tent rather than a cover, well I can't have that where I will be keeping the car.
