Wheels/Tires and drop ordered

Finally the weather has turned a bit and I pulled the trigger on some gloss black FR 22"s. I went with 285/35/22 nitto 420's.

Also ordered the eibach .8"/1.1" drop. Looking forward to the new look. Thanks to Scott and storm for helping me out.

Pics when it's all installed!

Still battling this chrome trim lol.

Nice. I'm waiting until my accountant gets done with my taxes to see what the damage is before I pull the trigger on any more parts. Haha.

285/35/22 NITTO 420 doesn't meet 'load rating' spec??

Alright so I'm trying to order a 285/35/22 nitto 420s through Discount Tire and they're telling me they can't even do it because the tire doesn't meet the load rating spec for Jeep.

They're telling me I need to order a 285/40/22. Anybody running this? If so, pics?

Driving me nuts. Will this rub??

There are tons of jeeps riding on 285 35 22. I got my tires from them. Just call and speak with someone else and don't mention a vehicle. I've got about 15k miles in mine now between my two srt's.

Wha really? Shoot. I'm about to purchase the same tires and was gonna stop by discount tire. I know a bunch of forum members running the 285 35 22 so I don't see why this is a problem. Please update us on your outcome.
