REF capabilities

Hey guys, first post here beside the intro page, but I've been searching around and haven't gotten the answer I'm looking for. I have the factory REF head unit in my WK and I'm trying to find out:

1) How difficult it would be to install a sub to the unit(also, is it worth it or find something with more power?)

2) I know most of the population is in love with Mac products but I favor the Zune. Is there an adapter that plugs into the headphone jack of an Mp3 player and a nice sleek way to install it in order to work with the factory setup?

I plan on upgrading the speakers too, but I already have the sub and amp from my previous vehicle and would like to transfer them over.

Thanks for any help.

Ok cool. That's a pretty in depth link. Thanks.

So has anyone had any experience with hooking a Zune up to the stereo? I know there are a million different ways to hook an iPod up, but I haven't seen anything for a Zune
