What is the best time to data log?
I've had my CMR tune flashed for about 3-4 months. Jeep seems to be running a little sluggish again as the Jeep has adapted to the tune. Is this the time to data log or should I reflash the tune and then data log? I ask because the jeep seems to shift a little weird at low speeds/in traffic and I'd like to see if that can be fixed in the tune.

Also, for those of you who have CMR tunes, what do you do to reset it? Reflash it? disconnect the neg. terminal of the batter for a few seconds?

Reinstall your tune. It's also getting hotter outside with more humidity and it will not preform as well as it did when it was cool outside.

If it feels sluggish, take a ride for about 30 minutes and drive aggressively. The adaptives will start learning your new driving style.

I've made a change in my tune (like a fan setting) and re-installed it too to see if it helps. IDK, seems the same.

I've found that some gas brands are not as good as others. I get more knock with 'cheaper' gas (same octane). I stick to Mobil and Sunoco mostly. Everything else seems to knock more in higher RPMs.

Datalogging should be done with any new tune. It still boggles my mind that a lot of you guys run CMR tunes from email with no logging.

If your tuner is competent, adaptives should not be an issue.
