PVC Catch Can
Im looking into a PVC Oil catch can for my jeep. I see ones for the LX cars and 6.1 SRT but not the jeep Hemi. Also, where could it be mounted? Does any one have one of these?

I've got one on each of my Hemi vehicles...Wk GCO and LX. I bought them from Billet Technologies. The one on the LX is a bolt on, but on the WK the intake airbox is on the opposite side. This means the stock LX one won't fit because in runs into the intake air tube. I mounted it to the strut support. It was easy to do and easy to remove the bowl, check and empty. All you need to do is drill a hole in the strut brace and find the right size/length metric bolt to go through the brace, two or three washers and one additional nut. One nut comes with the catch can. I believe the bolt was 2.5 in. long, but I don't remember the metric thread pitch. Notice I tightened the bolt to the brace and and screwed the catch can to the remaining end of the bolt using another nut as a jam nut to lock it in place.

Here is a copy / paste answer

Catch Can is designed to effectively separate oil from
the crankcase vapors, thereby eliminating all negative effects of excessive intake
system oil contamination. Our Catch Can has been engineered to remove the oil
vapor before it has a chance to contaminate your intake system.

Re: PVC Catch Can
Yes, ChrisWK, it is on an 06 Hemi GCO.

Gc4X4, BJBSRT8's post on the catch can's purpose is correct. You can see the contamination if you remove your intake silencer (tube) or CAI and expose the throttle body butterfly. With the key OFF, manually open the butterfly and shine a light into the intake plenum. First you'll see the back of the butterfly is all crapped up with caked on oil, and you may even see puddling in the plenum leading to the runners. All this crap is stopped from entering the engine with the installation of the catch can. I've had one on my Hemi LX for about 4 years and the worst it gets is a light fog (film) on the back of the butterfly now. I normally empty it at oil changes (6000 mi.), but higher speed driving tends to catch more oil. When I first put it on the WK without a new PCV valve, it filled the can in less than 3000 miles. Shows the importance of a good PCV valve, IMO.

Re: PVC Catch Can
I made a bracket to mount my BT catch can to the passenger side of the strut tower brace bolts.

Re: PVC Catch Can
The BilletTech catch can includes a bracket for the catch can to mount to the passenger side head. Works on both 5.7 and 6.1's. I have one on both of my Jeeps
