Suspension Height lower in Front?

I was wondering if the tow package on the 07 Grand Cherokee 4.7 uses different springs in the rear. I measured the heights from the top of the tire to the wheel well and there is at least an inch difference.

My concerned is I ordered new Bilstein Shocks all 4 and new Sways SRT front and rear and I not sure if my springs are shot?

If I bounce the front up and down moving at 2-3 miles in hour in warm weather I am hearing a crunching sound up front as well?

Any Advice is much appreciated.
Thanks to all....

The back is at least an inch higher from the factory. I swapped rear coils for SRT's to level it out.

Thanks, I wonder why the would want it off balance. Weight for towing maybe.

Crunching sound from the front suspension was the front Sway Bar bushing and I only had 35000 miles on my jeep. Replaced both front and rear sways today and notice a big improvement in tightness. Now if my Bilsteins will arrived I can finish my suspension upgrade.

Mine has a huge rake. I have lowering springs in the front and stockers in back. The weight transfer is freaking awesome (hence my 3.48 0-60), but the front end scrapes on everything.
