Typical Chrysler

 So I wake up today, and the first thing I do is turn on my phone. I get an e-mail that I'm invited to the Destination Grand event, June 26th and the 27th. So I log on and follow the directions to register. I enter the provided 5 digit registration number, and guess what. When you hit the register button, a pop up says the registration number must be 6 digits.

So I guess they really don't want anyone one at this event.

Make up a 6th digit until it accepts your registration...

Did you try adding 0-9 in every x as below? I guess if you have the time for 60 attempts it might be worth it, assuming they also didn't use letters.

x12345, 1x2345, 12x345, 123x45, 1234x5, 12345x

Re: Typical Chrysler

what are TALKING about when you say "typical chrysler" I thought this was going to be a thread about oil burning engines or something that chrysler has been known to do for years... " Damn chrysler, they've been sending out online registrations with missing digits in the registration codes for years..." wtf

Hi XXXX,

I read this comment this morning. Do you know any of the details?

I can't get to a computer at the moment, but isn't this the situation we were hoping to avoid- @ last weeks status meeting?

Guy below is our demo. Owns 2 GC SRT8s, other Jeeps, owns his own business and drag races in SRT8 GC all over the country.

Thanks!!!

Re: Typical Chrysler

Seems like Chrysler sometimes uses a 0 (zero) in front of their part numbers online, but it is not contained in the actual part number; maybe it's something like that?
