Time to replace suspension? or?

Hey guys, have an issue and question. Lately I have noticed that while driving down the highway if i hit a bump or break in the road my jeep gets real unsteady and feel like the rear end kicks out to the side if the bump is big enough. Is my suspension worn out or? My jeep has 100k on it...

I would check all your bushings, mounting, and connections of all your suspension bits. Shock could be blown, but could be more.

Bilsteins will help this./...but not correct it. Your gonna need thicker sway bars and links. This is a common problem on wk's from new IMO. Mine was that way with 100 miles....
