What are you doing about stained seats?

The condensation from gatorade or water bottles is leaving stains on my cloth seats and I'm not sure what the best course of action is to get them looking clean.

What are you guys doing about it? I wish replacing with leather was an option at this point.

there was a TSB for this on the 05-06's.....you may could find that. Bt I would just use a mild, mild cleaner on the panel tht is affected and dab it dry with a microfiber and vacuum it dry.

Get yourself a set of nice seat covers then you wont have to worry about the seats getting stain on them.

get a gallon of meguiars apc+ and dilute it 10:1 and you can spray that on to the seat!

you can also use that for a million other things like your rims, door jams, interior plastic, engine bay etc....

Isn't the cup holder big enough for a waterbottle?

Re: What are you doing about stained seats?

two weeks after I bought my 06, my son had stains from water on my seats..... so I switched the interior to a two-tone leather :) gray and black! it's been over 2 years and not a single stain! haha

I got a screamin deal on custom covers that someone ordered then cancelled for $575 (front and back seats). Although it took about 10 hours total over two days because I had never changed seat coverings before...it was WELL worth it and looks great!

Gatorade bottles are usually bigger then the cup holders.

Looks great. Looks just like factory too except for having black. Nice job. Where did you get them? Katskinz?

Actually, I don't remember what site they were from but I did purchase them from "ebay" as a new order that was cancelled. I just pulled the old cloth ones off and put these on (PITA!!) ...well worth it!! I'll see if I can find where the original site was and post a link. I think they actually sell the set at the online place for like $1200 if I remember right....
