Wiring LED bulbs in tailights???

I havent been on here in awhile, and now decided to finally try to install my LED bulbs in the brake/stop lights. I have an 05 WK, anyone have any luck properly wiring the resistors in to make them work and keep from blowing fuses? I tried before and got my turn to work, but kept blowing my brake bulbs. I plan on wiring two resistors in each side, one for the turn and one for the brake. From looking up the wiring diagram I got:

Left-

Ground=BLK
Turn=WT/DG
Brake=WT/TN

Right-

Ground=BLK
Turn=WT/OR
Brake=WT/TN

Are these the correct wires to connect the resistors to? I am worried that I also need a resistor connected to the parking lights fused output.

Really, no one has replaced the stock brake and turn bulbs with LEDS???

Doug (relwarc) has. He did it because his tailights were very dark. He wanted to upgrade the lighting inside of it to be visible. I'm sure he will chime in!

OK, looks like im on my own. Will have to go buy alot of fuses tomorrow, since I know I will be blowing alot trying to figure it out.

Soo i see its been a while, did you ever figure it out. Im thinking about adding an led strip as a side marker blinker. If its a 12v, do i need to use resistors. I dont think there are to many electricians on the forum bc i cant seem to get a straight answer on my thread either.

if you are ADDING to the existing lighting and NOT replacing then just tap it in and go.

make sure the LED can handle 12v otherwise you WILL need a resistor. most of the strips have them in there already. or like from oznium, they sell LEDS with resistors already wired into individual LEDs.

I ONLKY KNOW 2007 with the 3 wires.......the outer wire that is NOT BLACK is the blink both front and rear. the middle is the park. black is ground.

for the rear early wk . its an 8 pin plug.

find the pionouts here: http://dto.vftis.com/mopar/platform_...asp?return=new

THAT LINK ^^^^^ WILL HAVE THE wj PINOUTS TOO.
