Added Bull Bar
Just added my bull bar today. I had it for about a week, but just got to it. I did it by myself, which although is doable, I would recommend help. There was only one problem. One hole in the driver side bracket did not match up to the hole for the bracket that goes inside the frame. I need to take it to shop that has the machinery to modify the hole. I tried, but the metal is to thick. Also, the bar looks crooked because of the license plate holes (which I need to block) but it's actually the holes that are crooked..I measured them.

I also noticed, and which I circled, gaps in my bumper under the lights, and on the passenger side of the grill. I noticed they are also in older pic from when I first got the car. Is this normal?

Looks good, I had mine installed @ a shop.

Since you installed it yourself, is there anyway you can move the bull bar lower??

Re: Added Bull Bar
You really don't need a shop, it's pretty easy..other than the holes not matching..

I can't see any way of them being lowered much, the holes on the bracket that connects to the bar are slotted up and down, and I have them at the lowest point. The inside brackets have one side to side slotted one, and one up and down one, which does nothing for moving it lower.

looks good. I installed the brush guard on my WJ myself. I was gonna bring it in to have it installed, but figured I would give it a shot. And it was too bad.

Re: Added Bull Bar
I was going to take it to a shop today to see about them grinding out the hole so that I can bolt the last bolt down. I first stopped at Lowes to pick up some hole plugs to paint and plug those ugly holes, and I went and looked and found a grinding cylinder that fits on a drill. I figured for 3 bucks I'll try that first. Well I ended up doing it myself, and got the last bolt on. It is much sturdier now, I was worried before because although it didn't feel lose, it didn't feel sturdy either. I didn't think one bolt would matter that much, but it did. Just waiting for the paint to dry so I can get a few more coats on and plug those ugly holes.
