Anyone in the MD area to get test fit for CAI Bwoody 4"?

I have corresponded with Michael Beavers over at Bwoody for the CAI for the new 2011 5.7L. Since it is on the drivers side instead of the passenger side it needs to be reworked/fitted. They said they put a few offers out there but have yet to get anyone to respond I guess. I know its new and most people are still waiting for orders, but is anyone in the MD area, or at least somewhat close, who is interested in getting a CAI for the new 2011 5.7? Possibly then you could get in contact with Bwoody Performance so the rest of the Jeep world could order one relatively soon! :)

Let me know.

I think it would be as simple as using an LX CAI instead of the previous gen. Jeep. The LX cars intake is the same as the 2011 wk

We got like 2 Virginia members! I know one lives about 2 1/2 hours south of the border of Maryland.

will give them a call. i'd happily be the guinea pig. im about 3.5 away and unemployed with a wide open schedule so maybe ill take the hit and make the drive with my 5.7 so the rest of the jeep world can benefit.

Spoke with mike today. very friendly and very helpful. Looks like maybe towards the end of next week i'll be on my way down to MD once he clears a couple projects out.
seems that they're gonna test fit an intake onto the truck (prototype) then have a production version manufactured from those specs.
while i'm there, theyre going to see what other parts may fit, either from the WK or maybe the LX cars.
i'll keep updating as updates come! this should be cool.
