it does that to me sometimes, it stopped for a while after they replaced my shifter bezel, but it still does it once and a while...

Re: jerking

I think I might have this.

If I tap the throttle when cruising, my diffy goes clunk, hard accelerations and letting off the gas, whole jeep goes clunk.

Today, I drove over a parking curb and the jeep rolled back on its own. When I stuck it in reverse, my rear end was going clunky clunk.. sounded like harley going by.

Put it in drive then reverse, I still get harley effect. I put it back in drive and went in for lunch...... When I came back harly symptoms were gone.

I think its time to use that super warranty they claim I have.

Nene jeeps have huge tranny problems and some electrical glitches cause it too ... do u experience limp mode where the vehicle won't go above 3rd gear?

Like Moe said u might have to change the shifter bezel or clean out all the electrical contacts good luck

Re: jerking

just curious.

I bought a used WK, had only 45K, so they gave me the Jeep certified warranty good for 8 years or 80K miles....or something to that nature.

Its only a power train warranty, will a bezel still be part of the power train?

Re: jerking
